An indivisible part of our gliders successes are surely the Paramotor competition results. So, here they are: Sylvain Moisseron has finished 3rd at French paramotor championship  with a Magus and 3rd at the European paramotor championship  with a Trance. Estelle Chevalier has finished 1st at the French championship and European championship (girls) with an Eden II. This year they are going to fly Intox 22. Let us wish them good luck in all following competitions!

Development work on our new performance wing the INTOX is now  complete in most sizes. Planed certification is DHV 2 (or maybe DHV 2-3)  Compared to the Trance the Intox is much better and easier to thermal, has better performance at low speeds, is more stable and is not as sensitive as the Trance. We are sure you will like it. The performance is very similar to that of the Magus on which it was based. Although some of you may have seen this wing on trials in Oludeniz its first public performance is planned for the Stubai Cup, in January. The Intox 25 and Intox 28 should be available in early January. Intox 30 should follow at the end of January and Intox 22 at end of February. Certification ought to be completed in February. We do not plan to certify the Intox 22.
Another new MAC product for next season will be the new biplace glider the PASHA II which undergoes DHV certification soon. We start  serial production of the Pasha II at the end of November, and this will be available from the beginning of January.

Our new harness the AMAZON is now in full production. Based on the highly successful Utopia, which it replaces, the Amazon incorporates improvements based on feedback from you the pilots. Improved leg strap positioning makes it even easier to move around in whilst on the ground, the back has been slightly shortened to give improved rearward visibility and avoid any discomfort to the pilots neck. Speed-bar routing has been changed and this radically improves ease and comfort of use. Also new is a side pocket.
Additionally for acrobatics addicts we have the new ACRO harness. The ACRO features twin reserve containers - extra wide chest strap placings for increased maneuverability - strengthening for safety.
Also new is the BIZONE, based on the long running and highly popular Biplace, the BIZONE retains the same seat plan and geometry but has a larger stowage compartment and the removable back section has been dispensed with. The BIZONE is significantly lighter than its predecessor.

Congratulations to Petra Krausova (Magus) on her placing as winning woman in the PWC

Congratulations to Steve Etherington on winning the British Paragliding Championship. Steve's glider for the BPC series was the Trance, he flew a Magus in Nationals events.

The Muse 25 has now completed DHV 1 certification and joins the already certified Muse 28 and 30.
The Muse 28 has been tested by Gleitschirm (Swiss and Austrian) magazine and an article about new DHV 1 gliders will  appear in the next issue.
The Muse was the favorite of all test pilots.
Fly and Glide (German) magazine included an article about Eden II in the last issue.

Our new reserve the "AEGIS" will shortly be available certified in all sizes. This reserve is significantly lighter than the immensely popular SE series with an improved sink-rate and stability

January 2002
Petra second Tem MAC pilot Petra Krausova is placed second in the PWC, following Mexico and beat many other "strong men" competitors.

New Competitor Well known international competitor, Slovakian Juraj Kleja has joined the MAC-team. In addition to PWC and other competitions he will support constructor Peter Recek in testing and demo events. He already has tested Magus 2002 in the PWC in MEXICO and placed second in the fourth task.

Good news for heavy guys. The successful EDEN II is to get a big brother, the Eden II-33. Serial production starts in March. Weight range 110-145kg.

Coming soon!
Joining the Diva and Eden II, a new glider; the MUSE in DHV 1 category is in preparation. The glider will be produced in three sizes. Scheduled for release in February the Muse 28 has already been tested by DHV, other sizes are undergoing testing as I write this; release is scheduled for the end of March.
The performance of early prototypes is very close to that of the Eden II. As usual excellent MAC handling and DHV 1.
The Muse replaces the Eden 1

Mountain equipment
Light Eddy is the new harness with "split seat" for ultra light gliders, Mountain pilots and tandem passengers. It weighs 1200 g.
Light Eddy allows pilots to change depth of the sitting position by use of adjustable back straps. It is very good for summer or winter use, depending on what you wear.
Adjustable shoulder straps guarantee free movement.
The Mountain glider is now delivered with lightweight gold/black rucksack.

Magus 2002
We have redesigned the successful competition wing, the Magus, and have started production of the Magus 2002. The glider has better glide at maximum speed and penetration against wind and in turbulence has been improved.
